Group Therapy

Anger management has a long history of being dealt with in group settings.  Our program will include some psycho-educational aspects and plenty of opportunities to explore together in an open free-floating way.

How do I join a Group?

Now you are taking a positive step towards managing your anger and are excited about the proven effectiveness of group therapy, the next step is to book a space on the next available group

  1. Select from the two group payment options below. You can elect to pay in two installments of £225. Alternatively, you can make a one-off payment of £400 representing a saving of £50.
  2. We will contact you within 48 hours (excluding weekends/bank holidays) to discuss the group option and expectations of being a group member. This process may last up to 20 minutes and this is part of the charge
  3. You will be invited to select a group and the date and time confirmed. You will then be issued an access link.
  4. An additional report can be produced for £165

Below we have included a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding our online anger solution programme. IF you have any questions not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Do I need to share all my thoughts and feelings in the group?

    You only need to disclose what you are comfortable with within the group. However, a willingness to share is an important aspect of a group

  • Do I have to attend all the sessions?

    We require that you attend all sessions – certification will be linked to attendance. (the % of attendance will be documented on the certificate).

  • Why do I need an initial discussion with the therapist?

    We recommend all clients discuss being part of a group to ensure its the optimal solution for them.

  • Can I get a refund if I can’t attend all the sessions?

    The fee is non-refundable once the first session has been attended

  • I am worried about confidentiality.

    The group will be in invited to create its own therapeutic contract and this would include a discussion about how the group will maintain its confidentiality

  • Can I get a formal report from you?

    Yes you can but please note that will come with an additional charge of £60.00. Please note that attendance records will form part of the report

  • Do I have to have my camera on during group sessions?

    Yes. Avoid using other devices during your sessions eg: on your mobile phone and we also ask you to abstain from using the chat function

  • What happens if I get triggered during a session?

    You can let the group you need to leave the session or screen with the understanding that you will discuss your feelings at the next session.
